PLEASE NOTE: Amid the COVID-19 crisis, shipments may be delayed in transit and fulfillment. If you have questions or concerns, please e-mail us at support@aycs.co.in
Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be processed, packaged, and shipped within 1-3 business days of the purchase. Orders generally take 3-7 business days to be delivered once they are shipped out domestically in India
Metro Cities - 2-5 business days
Rest of India - 3-8 business days
Exchanges
If your item size is too big or small for you, we can replace it. Please notify us at support@aycs.co.in that you would like to get a replacement within 1-2 days after the shipment is delivered ( or within a reasonable time) , so we can check to make sure we still have that particular item in stock. Then, we will instruct you to send the item back unworn and in new condition. You will have to incur the shipping charge back to us, but we will pay for shipping back to you. Once we receive the item, we will send you the correct size.
If we no longer have the item in stock, we will issue an alternate product with ur interest or you have to wait till the same product stock is back. If you have any questions, we can answer them at support@aycs.co.in
