Returns & Replacement Policy
5 days easy returns after the shipment is delivered; However, we provide a new product in case of any fabric or print damage. The customers should raise the issue and contact us within 1-2 days (or within a reasonable time). We provide a return pick-up facility for our customers and the the return pickup is chargeable.
If Customers doesn't want to pay the return charges they can ship the product to our warehouse address then they only have to pay shipping,Handling and COD charges which is Rs275/kg.(These charges doesn't include return pickup)
Our return pickup and handling charges are Rs 350/kg .You will need to contact us via e-mail (support@aycs.co.in) or WhatsApp us at 9773745161 for return or exchange.
Once we give instructions regarding the return, the returned item must be shipped within 2 to 5 business days of delivery to get a full product replacement.
Refunds
We have a refund policy.
Refunds will be settled after deducting Rs350/kg return and handling charges from the amount paid by the customer.
Refunds are not allowed if the product is damaged.
Refunds are allowed if the product is intact with all the tags and invoices and we have an unboxing video.
Ordering
Items ordered and cleared for payment will be packaged within 48 to 72 hours. If we are out of stock on an item that you ordered, we will contact you and let you know what options you have. Options include selecting a different size, color, or design for an equal amount of the purchased item, or we can issue a return amount to your account for the amount of the purchased item
Returns are accepted; however, the customer must incur the shipping charges to and from. You must contact us via e-mail (support@aycs.co.in) within 5 business days of receiving the item excluding shipping charges.
Please Note: We cannot accept exchanges on mystery products, clearance zone products, and sale items unless the products received by you are faulty.
